Franck Tallieu took on responsibilities as a Human Resources generalist early on in his career, in both the industrial and service sectors.
Over the course of 30 years, he enjoyed opportunities to play a role in the fast growth of profitable companies such as Coflexip, Roullier, Norbert Dentressangle/XPO Logistics, Charles André and STEF, where he took on HR management roles for Business Units or Groups, usually on an international scale.
His desire to be actively involved in the operational implementation of the strategies he has helped define, as well as his personal commitment to the energy transition, led him to embrace transitional assignments for McPhy, then Verkor, supporting and structuring them through periods of hypergrowth in multicultural environments.
He joined Haffner Energy in 2022 as Director of Human Resources and CSR.
