President François Hollande visits Vitry-le-François
On Friday February 9, President François Hollande honored us with a visit, 7 years after inaugurating our Vitry-le-François headquarters.
He was accompanied by Djilali GUERZA, Sub-Prefect of Vitry-le-François, Charles De Courson, Member of Parliament for the Marne, Jean-Pierre Bouquet, Mayor of Vitry-le-François, Annick Felicetti, Mayor of Frignicourt, and the elected representatives of Vitry-le-François and Frignicourt.
The visit provided an opportunity to review the major milestones in Haffner Energy’s development over the past 7 years: the launch of our Hynoca® process for producing hydrogen from biomass residues in 2017, an initial public offering raising 74 million euros in 2022, the acquisition of Société Jacquier as the first step in the Company’s industrialization, the announcement of the assembly plant project in Saint-Dizier for which the Company was a winner of the France 2030 Première Usine call for projects operated by Bpifrance, and the planned test and training center in the Vitry-Marolles industrial zone in 2023.
It was also an opportunity to review the Company’s commercial perspectives, particularly internationally, where Haffner Energy has every intention of becoming one of the major industrial leaders in the replacement of fossil fuels
